This site is an informational showcase for FDS and its projects. Content is provided for general information only and may change or be removed at any time without notice. Project descriptions reflect work in progress and are not commitments, guarantees, or offers.

Intellectual property

The FDS name, logo, branding, site design, and written content are the property of Forger Digital Solutions unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reuse, or redistribute our branding or content as your own without permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, engines, and platforms referenced on the site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance indicates use or experimentation, not endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or partnership.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting;
• misrepresent your affiliation with FDS.

External links

The site links to third-party services such as GitHub, YouTube, Discord, Ko-fi, and Cash App. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

Support contributions

Voluntary support for FDS development and hardware is handled through Ko-fi and Cash App and is subject to each service's own terms. Contributions help sustain independent development and operations and are not a purchase of any product, service, or deliverable unless expressly stated. They are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Contributions should not be assumed to be tax-deductible charitable donations. Hardware donations are coordinated privately by email and are not guaranteed to be accepted. Community-project funding, described on the Community Impact page, is not active and is kept separate from development and hardware support.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FDS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we make changes.
