Forger Digital Solutions ("FDS", "we", "us") builds software and publishes this website as an independent studio. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what that means in practice.
The short version
This website is a static, informational site. It does not use cookies or analytics, does not run advertising or trackers, and does not ask you to create an account or submit personal information to browse it.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may automatically log technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for security and operational purposes. That data is handled by GitHub under its own privacy practices, not by FDS.
Information you choose to send us
If you email us at forgerdigisolsupport@gmail.com, we receive whatever you include — typically your email address and message. We use it only to respond to you and keep it no longer than needed. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail) and is subject to Google's privacy practices.
Third-party links and services
The site links to external services we use, including GitHub, YouTube, Discord, Ko-fi, and Cash App. If you follow those links or interact with those services, their own privacy policies apply — we do not control them and are not responsible for their practices.
Support contributions for FDS development and hardware are handled entirely by Ko-fi and Cash App. FDS does not receive or store your payment card details; any payment information is processed by those services and their providers. If you email FDS about a hardware donation, we use the details you choose to send only to coordinate that donation.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
Because we don't maintain accounts or a marketing database, there's little for you to manage. If you've emailed us and would like your message deleted, just ask.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
